Agency Service

Drawing on the expertise and experience gained since 1993, Clock Chambers is now able to provide a comprehensive agency and advocacy service throughout the County Courts within a 100 mile radius of Wolverhampton.

Our agency service is cost effective and efficient and all work is carried out by junior barristers, pupil barristers and, for District Judge appointments, qualified barristers awaiting pupillage and other experienced solicitor agents.

Through Clock Chambers we are able to provide senior barristers for more complicated matters, thus adding an extra dimension to that offered by other agency services.

Fixed fees are charged for Mortgage and Rent Possessions, Suspension of Warrants, Return of Goods and Charging Orders, with a suitable discount for multiple hearings.

We also attend Case Management Conferences, Bankruptcy and Insolvency Hearings, Applications to Set Aside Judgments and Statutory Demands as well as Infant Settlement Hearings and Small Claims.

 

Booking Information

All bookings are taken centrally at our Wolverhampton office but in addition, all our agents carry mobile phones so that last minute amended instructions can be communicated with the minimum of fuss. Following the hearing all our agents telephone the instructing solicitor with the result and thereafter papers are generally returned by post or DX the following day.
